Currently, we provide the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a real-time cyber situational awareness capability by developing, installing, operating, and maintaining Computer Security Office (CSO) information systems. We

develop conceptual models of organizational structures and behaviors that enables the exploration of the causal linkages affecting performance. Our concepts, processes and tools call attention to the unintended consequences of customer decisions upon the environment and system within which they are operating.

We have assisted managers and supervisors in collecting, sharing, maintaining, and using data for more effective business process management and dramatic performance improvement. As a result, our customers have been able to more effectively identify functional and operational implications of core business processes, including organizational barriers and program risks.
