We choose and recommend tools that will best provide our customers with a real-time situational awareness capability that doesn't rely on other organizations to provide information that may be filtered.
We work closely with the customer to support accreditation activities and to correct any systems security deficiencies that may be identified. Following the recommended Security Systems Development Life Cycle,we ensure that the system/release is installed into the production environment, and a minimum set of regression tests are run to ensure that the installation is complete and that no other functionality has been compromised.
Once your security system is operational, we will manage change requests and baselines. This may include assessing and managing project scope and risks, developing and managing to the project management plan, monitoring and reporting progress, and coordinating with other organizations on requirements for the project. |
