RICHMAR's  team of strategists and researchers provide more than 150 years of combined experience in a broad range of specialties including business process reengineering, technology infrastructure planning, information management, communications and security.

Our past performances demonstrate a superior record of working collaboratively with commercial and government clients to meet and exceed their objectives and requirements. RICHMAR builds on our customers' existing foundation by incorporating uncommon and unique complexity factors (technology configuration, customer mix, environmental complexity, etc.) into our analysis to improve understanding across service areas and facilities, leveraging best practices from both the public and private sectors, and integrating them into each deliverable.

Currently, we provide high-profile Federal customers with a real-time cyber situational awareness capability by developing, installing, operating, and maintaining Computer Security Office (CSO) information systems. We develop conceptual models of organizational structures and behaviors that enables the exploration of the causal linkages affecting performance. Our concepts, processes and tools call attention to the unintended consequences of customer decisions upon the environment and system within which they are operating.
