Management and Technical Studies
RICHMAR is a developer of credible, original operational concepts, using a proprietary approach evolved over the last 16 years. We have produced dozens of concept products for both industry and Government—our customers use them to provide an operational context for analysis and to highlight key technologies of developmental systems. With extensive operational experience and technical expertise, RICHMAR is uniquely qualified to serve as an interface between operational, requirements and acquisition communities and industry.
RICHMAR's experiences include large complex programs for high profile Federal agencies. We developed the award winning acquisition and procurement model to help ensure uniformity and reduce complexity during the acquisition of new air traffic control technologies. We conducted an investment analysis for Next Generation Communications (NEXCOM) systems and managed a national study (192 facilities) of problem resolution processes leading to dramatic performance improvements.
We will help you identify the amount of time and money that is being spent by the agency in existing processes. This information can then be compared and contrasted among positions, regions, facility levels, options and types of work. Subjective information will also be collected on the management's perception of the existing business process. Subjective data on management's perceptions may focused on communication and possible changes to the current process.
Results of the quantitative section can reveal the time and cost at each stage of the business process. The results of the qualitative information can reveal the importance of relationships. Based on the quantitative and qualitative information, a list of recommendations will be developed. Recommendations will focused on additional tools and resources to assist management in improving the process, which may include the development of new concepts, processes and tools.
