We offer training courses and support for organizations that engage in the delivery of services and support to internal and/or external customers. Participants will learn and apply proven conflict management and problem resolution techniques. Content will focus on the approaches and methodologies available for effective problem resolution and performance improvement. Instructional methods include: small and large group discussions, case studies and peer and instructor feedback.

Our approach meets the Government's requirement for interactive, instructor-led, and hands-on training, ensuring senior level advice and guidance. Our experience trainers will coordinate management of national learning and communication products and initiatives. On an as needed basis we will work with you to provide training plans identify content, scope, schedule, locations, and target audience of each training course. We will develop and maintain automated databases, integrated training schedules, and a centralized training material library.

Web-based Training: With current travel restrictions and the associated cost and scheduling issues that accompany classroom training, we have found web-based training to be a highly effective and cost-efficient means. We will work with your SME's to define the format, content, and mode of deployment for the web-based training; such as online instructor-led training via a web cast (live or pre-recorded); self running Computer-Based Training (CBT) operating either from a web page or web cast; web conferencing. Our training personnel will work with you to determine the most effective strategy for each program.

Classroom Training: We will conduct classroom training for your stakeholders as requested and authorized. Course materials will include presentations, hands-on training, exercises using real-world business scenarios, and a leader's guide. The leader's guide will assist the trainer in presenting materials by providing pacing notes, key speaking points and details critical to training. We will work with you to determine the optimal training environment setup and the requirements; and will assist in creating training surveys and evaluations. Any lessons learned or recommend changes to the training program will also be incorporated.
