Document and Case Management Systems

RICHMAR delivers an Enterprise Document and Case Management System (DCMS) that includes attribute and full text-searching to assist users in quickly finding desired data and information. Our solutions are used to manage, store, track, and make instantly available critical, useful data and information. The solution may include back scanning of critical documents to produce retrievable and useful digital images. The DCMS can be delivered by RICHMAR pre-populated with historical documents and information.

The DCMS can be a custom developed solution or a COTS product integrated with existing ERP systems for swifter implementation times and lower development costs. We will follow an approved Information System Development Life Cycle (ISDLC) for all database and report development, information systems and Web support activities. We apply our iterative software development methodology which provides the flexibility to meet evolving Customer requirements and ensures customer insight, feedback, and validation throughout the project.
