Information can be conveyed in the perspective of any IT domain user via multi-contextualized views. In addition, the CMDB's multi-environment management system allows for CIs to be modeled and mapped, in multiple “What if?” change scenarios showing full impact analysis of proposed changes; so you can properly assess the risks related to change. Scenarios can also be modeled and mapped in an off-line environment. This adds an unprecedented level of control and flexibility to the change management process, providing for unmatched certainty when deploying changes to the infrastructure.
